Annual Meeting

Meeting Summary:

• Motion made and carried to approve the annual report.
• Motion made and carried to accept the bylaw change.
• Theresa Plenty has completed her term on the board and is not seeking re-election. She was thanked for her service.
  
• Yvette Lokotz were nominated for a 3-year term.
  
• Tom Flesch was nominated for a 3-year term.
  
• Motion made and carried for these board members.
  The new meeting schedule was announced. Membership meetings will be every other month.
• July 12 is our next regular meeting and will be a pot luck.
• May 19 is the Poynette Spring Fling and the Rain Garden demo will be June 2.
